Lemon 211kcal - Meal Replacement Shake

A zesty lemon flavoured Eontu meal replacement shake that offers a fresh alternative to richer flavours. Mix with 250ml of skimmed milk for a convenient, high protein meal replacement with added vitamins and minerals.

Each prepared serving contains 211kcal, 21g of protein, 24g carbohydrate, 3.2g fat and 0.77g salt.

How to use: Pour 250ml of skimmed milk into a shaker, add one 35g sachet and shake until fully dissolved. Consume shortly after preparation.
